Reprogramming the mind away from fear and negativity in order to be successful and happy is the premise of this book. Although the Innercise Program found inside this book is allegedly based on science, it still seems to resemble a book about the Law of Attraction. The author never refers to the Law of Attraction, but he was featured in the movie, The Secret. However, it is the most logical and comprehensive self-help book I have read in quite some time.
A few exercises, a link to the author’s website, and an opportunity to receive online training are all provided in this book. Most of the exercises, or “innercises” as the author refers to them, are writing exercises, affirmations, brief meditations, deep breathing and visualization sessions to be done a few times a day. It also offers practical strategies on how to break bad habits, reduce stress and anxiety, create a positive belief system and much more.
This book is well-written, inspiring and easy to read. However, readers who do not enjoy meditating or visualizing, might not like this book. And, the reader needs to make a strict commitment to the exercises in order to truly benefit from them. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who has an interest in the Law of Attraction, or would like to learn how to live a happier life.
