Based on the lessons learned from the author’s own self-transformation, this well-written book is an inspiring read. In it, you will find suggestions to assist the reader in identifying the changes that they can make in order to live a more fulfilling life. The book touches on some Law of Attraction teachings, a few concepts from A Course in Miracles, and many other helpful guidelines to assist the reader in becoming happier and more enthusiastic about their life. Journaling exercises are also included, as well additional resource information.
Some of the lessons the author teaches include: learning how to feel more confident and empowered, techniques to calm the mind from overthinking and worry, discovering how you can free yourself from the past and find the blessings in disguise, and finding out how to overcome any fears that are keeping you from succeeding. I was particularly intrigued by a new approach offered by the author on how to deal with stress.
As the title of this book implies, the author’s enthusiastic messages remind the reader that life is in fact an adventure to be explored. The positive writing-style in this book is up-lifting and interesting. I would recommend this book to anyone who is less than satisfied with one or more area in their life, would like things to improve, and could use some help in devising a plan.
