EAD46625-206E-40AE-A39B-B7F7F261929FMany people are only interested in the experiences of their outer life. However, this exceptional book, subtitled: A Course in Soul-Centered Living, offers a complete guide to transforming your inner life. This book explains why your thoughts and attitudes are more important than any external circumstance. This book is truly life changing to anyone willing to exert a little effort in changing the way in which they think. At the end of every chapter are various journaling exercises, a few meditations and other helpful suggestions.

This extremely inspiring self-help book has a friendly writing style that is very informative and gets directly to the point. Unlike some books of this kind, it is not filled with a lot of fluffy words and sentiments that mean nothing. This book covers many aspects of spiritual psychology, such as: setting clear and positive intentions, understanding our perceptions of reality, the benefits of accepting life as it is, how forgiveness can transform our lives, turning difficult situations into opportunities, and tapping into your Authentic Self.

I found this book gave me a new understanding of my thought processes never before experienced after reading similar books. It filled me with hope for the future and motivated me to really examine my inner life. I would highly recommend this book to anyone currently struggling with any difficult situations in their lives, or to those who are interested in personal or spiritual growth.
