In it, you will find a great deal of scientific evidence explaining the many benefits to ourselves, and to others, when we maintain a positive mindset. Practicing meditation or tapping are also shown to be extremely helpful in reducing stress, and is reported in the book to increase the body’s ability to heal itself. At the end of each chapter is a To-Do list and other resources the reader can explore.
This book focuses a lot on the benefits of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) which entails repeating a positive affirmation while tapping on the body’s various meridian points in a particular sequence. This book is chock full of case studies describing the benefits tapping has on the body. Other topics included in this book are the affects brain waves have on the body, meditation, how positive and negative energy impact water molecules, and research into consciousness.
I found this book to be interesting, but then slightly boring whenever it became repetitive. I thought the book could have been somewhat condensed. But, someone who is interested in quantum physics, or the sciences concerning the mind or body, would certainly find this book very interesting. This book might also be of interest to those who enjoy learning new unconventional types of healing modalities. If you hate science however, this book is not for you.
